Luxury Studio Apartment with Balcony near Columbus Circle
|
This large studio is located in a luxury building with elevator and concierge service in Midtown West just south of Columbus Circle. There are a gym with pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the building, as well as a roof deck.
The spacious living room has been divided into three areas:
Office area - equipped with a desk, comfortable chair, 20 inch screen McIntosh computer with high speed DSL internet connection and a postscript laser-printer. There is a nice view of Central Park from the office window.
Living Room - furnished with a dining table with chairs, queen size sofa bed, a small flat-screen TV with basic cable channels and a stereo.
Bedroom - located on the other side of the bookcase, is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser and closet. Linens are provided.
The bathroom has marble tile, a w/c, sink with vanity and tub/shower. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The apartment has a balcony.
The location is convenient to all midtown attractions. There are several subway stops within a 5-minute walk from the apartment and shopping is all over the neighborhood.
