Two bedroom duplex townhouse in Crown Heights
|
This two bedroom apartment is located in a townhouse in Crown Heights Brooklyn. The apartment is on the 1st and second floors and has been extensivly renovated.
On the upper floor of the aparttment there is a living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The living room is in the fron of the apartment and is furnsihed with a twin matress that serves as a couch, two chairs and a TV with DVD player and VCR. The living are has two ceiling fans and a bay window in the front.
The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed. The room has a decorative firpance and a large built-in closet.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The lower floor has a second bedroom and a larg eat-in kitchen.
The bedrooom is equipped with a queen sized futon. the room also has a large tabel with chairs and bookshelves.
The ktichen area including a large dining table, a center island counter and lots of room for cooking. The Kitchen includes a dishwsher, stove, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utencils.
The second bathroom also has a tub/shower, w/c and small sink.
The apartment has exclusive use of the back garden that included a dining tabel, lounge chair and planted area.
The apartment is about 20 minuets from Manhattan via the 3 train at Nostrand Avenue and Eastern Parkway or the A,C trains at Nostrand Avenue and Fulton Street or the 2,4,5 trains at Nostrand Avenue and President Street. Nearby is the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.
