This studio is located in a townhouse in Williamsburg Brooklyn a short walk from the L,G trains at Lorimer Street and Metropolitan Avenue. The apartment is on the first floor of the apartment.
The living room area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a couch w/pullout bed (full size bed), dining table, closet, clock radio and a/c. There is iron & ironing board. There are two large windows facing out to the street. If four occupants two people sleep on air mattress.
There is a DVD, VCR and movie library in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a second dining table in the kitchen.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The apartment is one train stop away from Bedford Street, which represents the center of Williamsburg. The neighborhood has many music venues tucked into different areas as well as plenty of art galleries. The L train reaches Manhattan in just 2 stops.
