Townhouse apartment in Brooklyn Heights with garden access

This two-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Brooklyn Heights in a townhouse. The apartment is located a short walk from the promenade and has easy access to the 2,3,4,5 trains at Borough Hall.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building, which is located up the front steps.
The living room is furnished with a dining table, sofa, and comfortable chair.
The kitchen is open to the living room though can be separated by folding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee press, microwave and basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a large closet and a stereo/alarm clock.
This bedroom has a door, which leads to the back garden. The garden area is very lush and provides shade to the window in the back of the apartment. There is a table out in the garden.
The is an office and includes a fireplace as well as a desk with Internet access.
The apartment is convenient to Manhattan (1 subway stop away) as well as Brooklyn attractions. The neighborhood features many top rated restaurants and several streets of shopping.
