Studio with Study in the Times Square Area of Midtown West
This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.

This fully furnished studio apartment is found in the Times Square area, in Midtown West of Manhattan, New York. The apartment is located in a luxury high-rise building with an elevator, and a full time doorman, and a 24-hour attended front desk. On the 12th floor, there is a gym, and there is a rooftop terrace which is shared amongst the tenants. The lounge offers coffee and tea daily.

This apartment features wood floors and elegant modern furnishings. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet access, local phone service, and cable televsion allow you to work or entertain yourself easily in this vacation rental. In addition to the king size bed in the main living/sleeping area, there is a study which can have a rollaway bed added to it upon request for an additional guest (for a surcharge). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is also the convenience of a laundry washing machine/dryer in this studio accommodation.

This studio is located on 44th Street, on a calmer stretch of Midtown West between Broadway and the Avenue of the Americas. This area offers all the charms of Times Square and the Theatre District, as well as the convenient proximity to 6th Avenue's business centers. Relax amongst the greenery in Bryant Park, just 2 blocks south of this apartment. New York City is at your fingertips with taxis available any time of the day or night, and the 1/2/3, 7/N/Q/R/S/W and B/D/F/V subway lines all less than 3 blocks away.
