One Bedroom in the Upper West Side

This apartment is located on the first floor of a townhouse in a very nice residential neighborhood of the Upper West Side.
As you enter the apartment, you will find the bedroom to your right. It has a queen size bed, a spacious closet and a real fire place.
The bathroom is in the corridor and is fully equipped with WC, bath tub and sink. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is small and open into the living room. It is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker and stove.
The living room is located next to the open kitchen and has a sofa bed and armchair. There is a flat screen plasma television with cable channels. Near the window there is a glass dining table with chairs. The living room also has a fire place which is in perfect working condition and you can use in cold days.
In the back there is an additional room with a desk and chair to be used as an office or storage area.
The owner of this apartment accepts a small pet.
The Upper West Side is a residential neighborhood with lots of trees and also many stores, restaurants and supermarkets on Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues. The Museum of Natural History is not far from this apartment.
