Two bedroom apartment in a townhouse in Park Slope
|
This two-bedroom apartment is located in a Park Slope townhouse between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. The duplex apartment is on the garden and 1st levels of the building.
On the lower floor is the living room and kitchen.
The living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, TV without cable, stereo and electric fireplace. The living room views out to the front.
The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a professional stove, dishwasher and double door refrigerator. All of the cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided. The kitchen has a large eat-in table that can seat at least 6 people.
From the kitchen there is access to the back garden, which includes a dining table as well.
The lower floor also has a half bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is a washer and dryer in this bathroom.
The upper floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, a TV with cable and DVD player and a large closet. The room is connected to a middle room, which is like a large walk though closet, which connects it to the second bedroom.
The second bedroom has a single bed as well as a double sized pullout sofa.
The bathroom includes a large tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The apartment is in the heart of Park Slope, which is one of Brooklyn's most developed neighborhoods in terms of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is two blocks from Prospect Park and there is plenty of shopping on both Fifth and Seventh Avenues. The apartment is a short walk from the R train on Fourth Avenue and the F train on Prospect Park West.
