Two Bedroom Duplex Apartment in Irving Place - Union Square
|
This two floor or duplex apartment is located in a townhouse in a central area of Manhattan, near Union Square.
You enter the apartment from the living room, which is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television with cable channels and it has a working fireplace.
The dining area is in the back and it's open into the living room. It has a dining table with chairs and is located right next to 2 doors which open up to a terrace. During warm months, the terrace can be used to lounge or to have a barbecue.
The kitchen is open and is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a long counter top which can be used to eat on as well.
The bathroom on this floor has a W/C and a sink only. Towels are provided. In this bathroom there is a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a staircase by the entrance door of the apartment which leads to a lower floor where the bedrooms are located.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double canopy bed, a desk and a chair. There is a closet as well and linens are provided.

Near the bedrooms there is a full bathroom with a shower, W/C and sink. Towels are provided.
The neighborhood where this duplex apartment is located is very convenient because it's near shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters and the major subway station of 14th Street - Union Square.
