New York Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Harlem (NY-12565)

I did not want to miss my evaluation regarding our vacation rental located between 1st & Pleasant Avenues in New York during the month of August.

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the website reflect exactly what you are going to find. It is a very spacious accommodation, with lots of light and very welcoming. Everything you might need is there. The neighborhood is cheerful and safe, it seems to be appropriate for families. The owner prepared a warm welcome and was always there to help us, with whatever we needed, but respecting our space at the same time.

If I had to rate from 1 to 10 the whole experience, starting at the time we did a search with NY Habitat, until we returned to the airport to say good bye to New York, it would be a TEN without a doubt.

I'm pleased to advise you that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was incredibly clean with interesting furniture and artifacts which were not evident in the pictures online.

The owner was a warm, informative and gracious host who added to the enjoyment of our stay with her knowledge of the area and New York in general. I have been using your service for over 10 years and I can honestly say that this was the best apartment I have rented and this owner was amazing.

Our stay went very well. The vacation rental was exactly as described on the website. The apartment equipment was in good condition, the accommodation very clean and spacious. First of all a comment on New York Habitat: very good website, quick responses, efficiency. We already recommend this address.
Now our rental: we were lucky we chose this vacation rental: spacious apartment, very nice, tastefully fitted out. Even though this apartment is in Harlem and means you have to take the subway to go downtown (a 10 minute walk to reach the station) we'll try and book this vacation rental again for our next stay in New York. The accommodation owner is absolutely delightful.

We were very satisfied with our stay in New York. The apartment was exactly as it was described in the website, but we were very surprised by the warm welcome of the owner who was always helpful and caring. The apartment was clean, big and the neighborhood was not very central but it was safe. It is a place a would recommend.
