One bedroom apartment in Brooklyn

This one-bedroom apartment is in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn on Underhill Avenue. The apartment is on the second floor of a three family building.
The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa and coffee table in the front section. There is a large window, which faces out to the street. The rear half of the living room which is situated next to the open kitchen has a dining table with six chairs. There is a TV with DVD player available in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features cherry cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a stove, refrigerator and plenty of counter and closet space. There is also a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All of the necessary basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils are supplied.
The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a dresser and a closet. The room has a bathroom directly attached to the room, which includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink. The bathroom is tiled with marble.
The apartment building is on a tree-lined Brooklyn block that is just 2 blocks to the east of Flatbush Avenue. There is easy train access on Flatbush Avenue. The 2,3 trains stop at Grand Army Plaza and the B,Q trains stop at Seventh Avenue and Flatbush. The neighborhood is also a short walk from Park Slope, which features trendy boutiques, cafes and restaurants lining Seventh Avenue. The Atlantic Mall, which has a large Grocery store and a Target store, is also within walking distance.
