This duplex (two floors) apartment is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The first floor level has a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace with garden in the back.
The living room is spacious and furnished with two sofas, a large flat screen television with cable channels and two dining tables with chairs.
The barthroom is equipped with a sink and w/c. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is open and is equipped with new appliances and all necessary items to cook.
From the kitchen there is access to an outdoor terrace and a garden.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, spacious closets and dressers. This bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, w/c and 2 sinks. Linens and towels are provided.
The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a closet. The third bedroom is furnished with one single bed, a baby crib and a closet. Linens are provided.
There is another bathroom which is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and a sink. Towels are provided.
The apartment is located near many shops, restaurants, bars, supermakets and subway stations, just one stop away from Manhattan.
