Large one bedroom apartment in the heart of Chelsea
|
This one bedroom is located on 21st Street between 6th and 7th Avenues on the 4th floor of a highrise building with elevators, a 24 hour-doorman and laundry amenities.
The apartment measures approximately 850 square feet and is fully furnished with sheets and towels. When entering the premises, the door opens onto the livingroom/kitchen area. The livingroom is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV with cable and A/C unit. It is separated from the open kitchen by a countertop with stools. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub with showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and is brightened by a window. There is a large closet available.
The apartment is located in Chelsea, an extremely lively neighborhood, which counts numerous art galleries to the west as well as excellent restaurants all around. There are movie theaters, great shopping and all conveniences along Eighth Avenue and further west. To the east, both Fifth and Sixth Avenues between Fourteenth and Twenty-third Street are lively shopping areas with a huge variety clothing and specialty of stores.
A 15 minute walk south puts you in the heart of Greenwich Village, while the same time to the north gets you to 34th Street and Madison Square Garden or Macy's. The Famous Chelsea Piers Sports Complex is a 20-minute walk west on the Hudson River with health and fitness facilities (pool, gym, classes, rock climbing etc.) roller blading, two ice skating rinks, bowling alley, driving range and a wide variety of children's programs.
The closest subway stations are F, V lines at 23rd Street and 6th Avenue, 1 line on 23rd Street and 7th Avenue and C, E lines on 23rd Street and 8th Avenue.
