Loft in the very center of Williamsburg
|
This 1400 sqft loft is located on the fourth floor of an industrial loft building which has been converted in residential apartments in the heart of Williamsburg. There is no elevator.
The loft is very spacious and has many windows all around which allow a lot of sunlight to make this apartment very bright and there are views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building.
The living room is furnished with a queen size sofa bed, chairs, coffee table and a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is open into the living room and fully equipped with new appliances and all necessary items to cook.
The sleeping alcove is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and closet. Linens are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower stall, w/c and sink. It has no door but it's privately located away from the main loft area. Towels are provided.
Williamsburg is a trendy area which artists from around the world have chosen to settle. The apartment is only a block off bedford avenue and a block from the L train (so the villages and union square are really close) .
That is the reason why there are many work/live spaces and art studios. There are lots of murals and graffiti on exterior building walls, which reflect the artistic athmosphere of this neighborhood. In this area there are many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry, supermarkets and night clubs.
McCarren Park is nearby and in the summer there are many outdoor events and concerts. In this park there are children playgrounds, jogging tracks and tennis courts. On the other side there is Waterfront Park, located along the East River, which has nice view of Manhattan.
Transportation: L train to Bedford Avenue, J/M/Z trains to Marcy Avenue, G/L to Lorimer Street.
