This two bedrooms apartment is located on the ground floor of a pre-war building in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. The apartment has an unusual layout, is spacious and very bright because of its large skylight which allows sunlight to shine into it. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed, dresser and closet. Linens are provided. From this bedroom there is access to an outside garden. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double size bed, dresser and closet. Linens are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided. Next to the bathroom there is a closet with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is open and equipped with new appliances and all necessary items to cook. The living room is furnished with armchairs, dining table with chairs and decorative gas stove. There are many windows, a huge skylight and a staircase that goes up to a terrace located above the apartment. Cobble Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, shops and supermarkets. There are also tree-lined streets with historic townhouses, a ½-mile cobblestone walkway with spectacular panoramic views of Manhattan, the Brooklyn bridge and the Statue of Liberty. The F train is right outside this apartment.
