The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the newly constructed building, which has elevator access and a security system at the front door.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV with cable and dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is open into the living room and seperated by a counter. It is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary items to cook.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside table and a TV with cable. Linen are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
There is a computer and WIFI Internet access available in a small office located at the entrance of the apartment.
The apartment is two blocks from the 6 train at 110th Street.
This lively neighborhood provides a number of international restaurants, flower shops, small grocery stores, supermarkets.
