This room is located on the second floor of a brownstone in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. The room has its own private entrance.
The room is furnished with two single beds which are placed together to form a king size bed. There is a dresser, closet and flat screen television with cable channels. Linen are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
There is no kitchen in this room, but there is an small area near the room where a toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator are available for the guests.
Picturesque and historic, Brooklyn Heights is the oldest neighborhood in New York City, with buildings in the area dating from the 1830's. Montague Street is the lively main street, with many restaurants, outdoor cafes and coffee houses. The Promenade with it's spectacular panoramic view of Manhattan (encompassing everything from the Statue of Liberty to the Brooklyn Bridge to the Chrysler Building) is a block away. There are numerous grocery stores in the neighborhood, a weekly organic market nearby, gourmet cheese shops, bakeries everything within a few block radius. There are also a number of bars and nightclubs nearby. Other nearby attractions include Smith Street, with it's quirky boutiques, and Atlantic Avenue, famous for antique shops and ethnic restaurants. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway is just 3 blocks away.
Living in Brooklyn Heights makes accessing any location in Manhattan quick and easy; it is the first stop in Brooklyn for no less than 3 major express subway lines within a 2 block radius of the apartment (the 2 & 3, N&R, and 4 & 5); other subway lines close by include the A, C, M, and F)
