This fully furnished apartment is located in Windsor Terrace, in Brooklyn, New York (close to Prospect Park). The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story walk-up townhouse. There is a buzzer/intercom system outside for your security. This apartment features central air conditioning, wireless Internet and basic cable.

This apartment has one true bedroom (which can be locked off from the rest of the apartment and is ONLY opened as an additional bedroom for rentals of 5 people). For rentals of under 5 people, two sleeping alcoves are available instead.

The bedroom (when included in rental, otherwise is locked and empty) is furnished with a single size captain's bed that has drawers underneath, an antique oak dresser and a closet. It also has a luggage rest and a shelf tower. The first sleeping alcove (Living Room 3 in the photos) is separated from the second sleeping alcove (Living Room 4 in photos) by a door which can be locked. Both alcoves include a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers. Linens are provided. Please note that there is a window between the alcoves, but no windows to the outside.

Living Room 1 is furnished with armchairs, coffee table, desk, chair, and a ceiling fan. It has bay windows facing south which look upon the street. It is equipped with a television with DVD and MP3 players. It is accessible the second sleeping alcove (Living Room 4) or through the bedroom (if rented).

The second living room (Living Room 2 in photos) is accessible through the kitchen and first sleeping alcove (Living Room 3) by a sliding door. It has two windows facing north, overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, stove, oven and all necessary items to cook. It includes table and chairs for two. It has a window with northern exposure, giving a view of the garden.

The bathroom is found in the hallway corridor, independently accessible, and includes a w/c, a bathtub with shower and a sink. Towels are provided.
