Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed, closets, table, benches, a cable TV, a stereo and an adjacent dressing room. It has two windows facing the street. Linen is provided. This bedroom is also used as the dining room.
The kitchen is open to bedroom 1 and is equipped with all necessary items to cook.
Bedroom 2 can be accessed from bedroom 1 and is furnished with a double bed, desk and cable TV with DVD player. Linen is provided.
It has three windows facing a private backyard with B.B.Q. area accessible through a door in the bedroom.
Bedroom 2 gives access to the basement and is also used as a living room.
The bathroom can be accessed from bedroom 2 and is equipped with a bathtub with shower, w/c, sink and marble tile. Towels are provided.

Stuyvesant Heights is the historical area of Bedford-Stuyvesant, which is the largest area of Brooklyn. This particular area where the house is located is known for its beautiful brownstones and landmark houses. It is mainly a residential area and has lots of markets, shops, supermarkets, laundry, cafes, restaurants and the subway stations nearby.
