The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is secured with a punch code door. It is furnished with a double sized bed, sofa, dresser, dining table and chairs. It includes three windows facing the street and a closet. Linens are provided.
Bedroom 2 is secured with a punch code door. It is furnished with a double sized bed, sofa, dresser, dining table and chairs, and includes two windows facing the garden and a closet. Linens are provided.
A child-size folding bed is available for extra sleeping accommodations.
The entrance of the apartment opens on the kitchen which includes a fridge, a freezer, microwave and traditional oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a gas stove.
The bathroom includes a w/c, a bathtub with shower and a sink. It is accessible from the entrance of the apartment. Towels are provided.
Wireless Internet access is available and there is a portable television with a DVD player for entertainment (no cable access).
The apartment is located in a brownstone in Hamilton Heights.
Hamilton Heights includes City College of New York (CCNY), Dance Theatre of Harlem, The Harlem School of the Arts, Aaron Davis Hall and many land-marked buildings. It is home to Riverbank State Park, a part of the Riverside Park, which runs along the Hudson River the length of Hamilton Heights.
Transportation: 1 train to 145th or 137th Streets, A/B/C/D trains to 145th Street.
