One bedroom duplex apartment in Chelsea
The entrance of the building is secured with an intercom.

This duplex apartment features a living area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.

Upper level (ground floor):

The entrance of the apartment is located next to the living area.

The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed and a desk. It is equipped with a stereo and includes windows and brick walls. Linen is provided.

The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a hallway including a staircase leading to the lower level.
The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven, fridge & freezer, gas burners and all necessary items to cook.

The bathroom is located next to the kitchen and includes a sink, a w/c, a shower cabin and an air shaft. Towels are provided.

Lower level (basement):

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a nightstand and a chair. It includes windows. Linen is provided.

The apartment is located on the ground and basement floors of a 5 stories walk up building in Chelsea.
Chelsea is a neighborhood on the West Side of Manhattan that mixes post-industrial buildings with mid-nineteenth century brick and brownstone townhouses. It includes the High Line, an elevated rail line being converted into an elevated park, modern art galleries, The Fashion Institute of Technology, The School of Visual Arts, The High School of Fashion Industries, The Center for Jewish History and the Chelsea Market for food lovers.

Transportation: A/C/E/L trains to 14th Street, 1/2/3 trains to 14th Street, 1 train to 18th Street, C/E trains to 23rd Street.
