The living room has a double-sized sofa bed, an air-conditioner, a TV, cable, a DVD player, a stereo, a fireplace, and 2 windows.
The dining area has 2 windows, a bookcase, a dining table, and chairs.
The open kitchen has a coffee maker, a gas-cooking range, a regular oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a toaster.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a toilet, and a window.
The apartment has a WIFI internet connection.
The neighborhood is friendly and lively with a lot of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Groceries and laundry facilities are available everywhere. It is across the street from Fort Greene Park, and a Saturday Farmer's Market, that it is a few minute walk from the LIRR (Long Island RailRoad), Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and Pratt University.
Please Note: A dog lives in the apartment (not here during the rentals), and the neighbors have dogs, as well. Guests are also welcome to bring their dogs to the apartment with notice to the owner.
