This fully furnished studio apartment is located on the sub level of a 5 story pre-war, walk up building built in the 1870's in East Village, New York. The main room has 1 window, an A/C, a TV, a DVD player, a closet, a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, chairs, a microwave oven, a fridge, and 2 single sized beds. The bathroom of this vacation rental has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. This furnished apartment is located near New York University and Cooper Union. The East Village starts east of Broadway. There are dozens and dozens of ethnic restaurants of every persuasion within a 5-minute walk, from the Sixth Street's Little India to St. Mark's Place, famous hangout for visitors and residents of all hues, and the Manhattan's beloved Second Avenue Deli. Cafés, restaurants and bars tumble out onto the sidewalks here, and music, everything from reggae to hip-hop, blast from clubs, pubs, and touristy trinket stores. The greenery of Tompkins Square Park is a nice place to relax and there are many boutiques in this neighborhood for terrific shopping.
