There is an open kitchen which is fully equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, regular oven, and a coffee-maker. In the kitchen can also be found basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. NEIGHBORHOOD: Located within steps of New York's famous Broadway theater district, near the Javits Center and just off of Times Square, the area is always full of energy and excitement. A multitude of entertainment is nearby including a wide range of Broadway and off Broadway musicals and plays, virtual reality games and rides, as well as countless movie theaters, including a local second run theater. Gray Line Bus tours, Circle line Boat tours, and helicopter tours are just a few blocks walk from the front door. The Clinton neighborhood has everything Manhattan can offer, including three health clubs; several wine and gourmet food stores, numerous bars and clubs for all interests and many traditional, ethnic and off beat restaurants are all within a short walking radius. Herald square, a major department store, Madison square garden and the Jacob Javitis Center are all minutes away by foot, subway or taxi.
