We are a family of 5 and we spent an excellent stay of 5 nights in this very comfortable house in a quiet area (except for the presence of a hospital nearby which generates some ambulance traffic all siren screaming but not disturbing once in the house). We were probably the only tourists to stroll through the streets of the district, great change of scenery.... |

Very nicely welcomed. We easily collected the key late at night. We got back our security deposit without difficulty. This is a pleasant house, a 15 minute-walk from the subway station with direct access to Manhattan. |

The size of the apartment is reduced, we were 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4-year-old). According to me, it is rather for 3-4 people. There is a dishwasher, but it was out of order when we were there. A bit dusty. The landlady is welcoming and kind. Well-located, the apartment is very quiet, very pleasant and safe. Subway station is a 15 to 20 minute-walk, then it takes about 30 min to reach Manhattan with the train, depending on where you are going. If you drive, you can go to a subway station that is closer to Manhattan, it can be a good thing at night for instance. Parking space is free when renting the apartment (but keep in mind that it is narrow). Supermarket is a 10-minute-walk. You will find everything you need. Nice apartment, well-located in Brooklyn, quiet, good value for money, a bit far from the subway if you have very young kids (bring a stroller). We didn't use the bus. |

The apartment is beautiful, Kadia has great taste and decorated it very nicely. It is big enough for four people and you can enjoy any comfort, including a small backyard. We stayed 5 days and this was a real nest for us, getting back from the hustle of downtown and being catapulted into an oasis of peace. It is in a pure residential area and shopping facilities are some 500 meters away. To move around, you must keep in mind that public transport is not behind the corner, we used to take a bus after 15 minutes walking, and then the metro that was taking you directly to the centre of Manhattan (like Times Square, some 50 minutes all in all). But we were highly compensated by the house and its beauty. And we like walking, a lot. |

the appartement is fain, nice neighbours, thought it is about 15-20 min walk from subway - station Utica (better then Winthroop station), if don?t know the buses schedules. It takes about 30 min to get Manhattan then. Appartement is fain for 4 member family. We looked forward to it every evening tired from sightseeing:-). The owner is very nice, and outgoing, keeping tidy in appart. |

We enjoyed our stay in this flat a lot and recommend it to families travelling to NY. The bus stopB12 is only 5 minutes walk away. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. |

It was advertised as having WiFi but the owner had not paid the bill as when we tried to connect there was a message to say the service had been cut off due to an outstanding bill. |

The owner has the cable and Internet turned off when leaving the country for a longer period of time and this time forgot to have it reconnected. This will be watched out for in the future. She told us she would add curtains to the windows after sharing your feedback with her. Thank you for this review. |

Apartment OK, far from a subway station, close to groceries, could be cleaner. Owner was nice. |

Thank you for the feedback. We have forwarded these comments to the apartment owner who explained that unfortunately the cleaning was not completed yet upon the guests' early arrival. She hopes they enjoyed staying in Brooklyn. |
