I and my husband stayed here for one week. Apartment is clean, Landlady is welcomed and friendly. But. It doesn't have sink in the kitchen area and you have to walk thru whole apartment and wash your cooking ware and fruits in the bathroom. Also wifi connection is poor. If you want to talk with your family and friends by Skype , forget about it. Only for checking emails. But they have nice workplace. |

Carla was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was indeed clean and quiet. The bed was a bit rickety, but I still slept well. The neighborhood was fine, but I'd prefer to be closer to an area with more restaurants. |

Thank you Kate for your review. There are local restaurants nearby and the host is willing to offer suggestions. Also, the bed is sturdy, but may squeak occasionally. |

We were very happy with the apartment. It was really clean and very spacious. We didn't expect that from a New York apartment. |

We are pleased that our guests found the accommodations suitable for their needs. It is unfortunate that there was noise from ambulance sirens. This is not the norm, but may be attributed to increased security in the city and outer boroughs due to September 11th anniversary events. |

Beautiful apartment with a 'flaw'. There is no sink in the cooking corner where you can get water or rinse a glass. You need to do that in the bathroom. A bit far from the subway. |

Our stay in this very nice and spacious Brooklyn accommodation was first rate, the owner's welcome was excellent and we did appreciate her kindness and recommendations. The kitchen area is very well equipped just as is the rest of the apartment. You quickly feel completely at home. The vacation rental met all our expectations. Thanks to the owner and to New York Habitat. The only drawback would be the subway (a 10-15 minute) walk away and Manhattan's heart 30 minute commute away. |

The apartment is located in a typical and nice part of Brooklyn, a fifteen-minute walk from a subway station. The owners were very kind and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. The apartment itself is very clean, well maintained and adequately fitted out. It suffers from the lack a real kitchen although electric plates and a microwave are provided in the living room. Noise-wise, the apartment is badly insulated, which is annoying when the neighbors are having parties or if there are works in the street. However these downsides didn't stop us from having a very nice stay in New York. We were two adults with three teenagers. Our rating of the "Apartment Experience" does not include the apartment value for money because we have no other experience to compare with. |
