In general, we are satisfied. The owner was OK and willing to help in case we need it. The place was OK so I will recommend to our friends the place. |

Having staying in Manhattan several times, we fancied a change and so chose Brooklyn. We made a great choice! Awilda our host was lovely, very helpful and flexible about check in/out. We arrived to find a fully stocked fridge (completely unexpected!)and suggestions for dinner that evening. |

Our host/land lady was extremely kind and helpful. Was more than willing to help us find places to visit and things to do. The apartment itself was very clean and had fantastic appliances and a very new bathroom. Comfortable bed and a lovely balcony as well. Very close to the subway. Would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a place in a quiet and safe area. |

We were very satisfied, the value for the price was absolutely right. The owner was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Also, the area was good, shops, banks, subway station, everything within easy reach. It was an entirely successful stay. Thanks again to the landlady! |

I stayed for a week at the apartment. The outward appearance of the building could be improved, my first impression when I arrived was one of irritation. But this soon changed. The apartment is fully equipped with old (antiquish) furniture. Bathroom is new. The whole place is very clean, spacious and wonderfully quiet. I was positively surprised to find a selection of organic food, coffee and tea in the apartment. The owner is very service oriented and very helpful. An excellent experience. I can truely recommend this place. It is good value for money. |
