A door leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, and another door in the kitchen leads to a covered deck section where you can have breakfast with a view of the garden below. From here, stairs lead to the garden which contains patio furniture such as a wooden table that seats four so you can enjoy outside dining.

Double doors in the living room lead to the first bedroom of the apartment (bedroom 2). This room has two windows with a view of the small front yard and a typical New York tree-lined street. The room contains a queen-sized bed, small table, chair and bookcase, as well as a large painting that swings out to reveal a flat-screen TV (no cable). Wooden stairs in the living room lead up to the second floor. Here you will find the second bedroom of the apartment (bedroom 1).
