The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 5-story walk-up townhouse that has the security of a video intercom system at the entrance of the building. From this level incredible views of the city can be seen through bay windows, which are present in both bedroom and living room. Throughout the apartment many antique details can be found that reflect its late 19th century construction.

The apartment features a full kitchen, bedroom, and a living room that is separated by a public hallway (access to both sections have doors that lock). In the air-conditioned living room you will find 3 couches, an armchair, and television, all of which benefit from an open floor plan as well as 4 large windows that overlook a garden and the rooftops of NYC. In this room there is also a decorative fireplace that adds to the apartment's antique charm.

Catch a Broadway show or other live performance seven blocks south at Lincoln Center or the Julliard School. In this area there are endless amounts of wonderful shops and restaurants all up and down West End Avenue, Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. To access downtown, the 79th Street station offers service on the 1 line. A slightly longer walk south to the 72nd Street station not only gives you access to the express 2 and 3 lines, but also brings you to the quaint Verdi Square. Right across the street from this station is the famous Gray's Papaya hotdog restaurant.
