The layout of the three bedroom/two living room apartment is typical of many Brooklyn row houses, with several doors offering entry into the apartment, as well as doors connecting the bedrooms and living rooms, offering flexible ways to accommodate different groups. Both bedrooms that overlook the street have their own entrances, providing an extra level of privacy, but also can connect to eachother or to the second living room (see floorplan).
