This fully furnished four bedroom vacation rental is a true home away from home. A charming 19th Century townhouse with modern amenities, it boasts wide-plank wood floors, exposed brick walls, and distinctive architectural details. From the entrance on the ground floor you will find the dining area complete with a large table that can comfortably sit six. Beyond and with access to the private back garden is the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. On the second floor, (equivalent to European first floor) there is a living room that receives plenty of light with three south-facing windows. You’ll find one of the four bedrooms equipped with a trundle bed providing two single beds. The remaining three bedrooms are on the top floor, the Master bedroom has a queen size bed and an office. The two remaining rooms have lofted single beds perfect for children. There are three bathrooms in the apartment, one offers a sink and toilette, the second a shower with tub, sink, and toilette, and the last a shower, sink, and toilette. All bathrooms are furnished with towels.
Located at Warren Street & Bond Street, this is a great location from which to discover not only Boerum Hill, but also the neighborhoods of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens to the East, and Gowanus to the South. A short (0.3 miles / 550 meters) walk east will take you to Smith Street, known as “Restaurant Row” due to the large numbers of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Walk down Atlantic Avenue (0.3 miles / 500 meters north) and pop into the many shops. A walk north (0.7 miles / 1.2 km) will take you to the New York City Transit Museum in downtown Brooklyn which displays historical artifacts of the New York subway. Take line 2 from Atlantic and four stops away you'll find the Brooklyn Museum adjacent to Prospect Park.
This Boerum Hill accommodation in is conveniently located to many different Subway lines. You can catch the F and G lines from the Bergen Street stop (0.3 miles / 550 meters). The A, C from Hoyt – Schermerhorn. (0.4 miles / 700 meters) and nine additional lines at the one of the three Atlantic Avenue stops (0.5 miles / 880 meters.) From Hoyt - Schermerhorn it is only a three stop ride to Manhattan.
This four bedroom triplex is great base to explore what New York City has to offer.

When we arrived it was not clean but we contacted the owners of the house and all the cleaning was done the next morning. We had excellent communication with Nathan and Jessica, they are great people !!! |
