With an area of approximately 300 square feet, this simple studio apartment contains one bathroom and a small kitchen.
The apartment is completely renovated and can be found on the fourth floor of a prewar building in Harlem. The building has no doorman; visitors enter with their own keys.
Light coming through a single window illuminates the main living area of this studio.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with four burners, a sink and some cupboards for storing kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Harlem's rich history contributes to its prominence and attraction today. The neighborhood is known for its world-renowned jazz clubs such as the Apollo Theater and the Cotton Club. The Marcus Garvey Memorial Park nearby offers some greenery, and a walk on 125th Street or down Broadway offer a wide assortment of bookstores, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.
The apartment is conveniently located two blocks away from the nearest subway station. Buses pass at regular intervals and taxis can be hailed anywhere at any hour of the day or night.
