One bedroom apartment to rent in Murray Hill
Location: Kips Bay. Close to the 6 train at 28th Street and Park Avenue.

Building: Prewar building, walk up.

Interior: approx. 600 s.q ft. one bedroom with decorative fireplace.

Sleeps one person or a couple.

The living room has a sofa that folds out into a single bed, a large A/C, a working fireplace, a TV with VCR and cable.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, closet space, and a decorative fireplace. The bathroom has a small shower/tub.

The kitchen is separate and has microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a small table and a window. Sheets and towels are provided.

The apartment has wireless internet.

Neighborhood: The apartment is approx. half block away from a fire station and a playground. It's one block away from a stadium seating movieplex and Bally's Gym (one-day guest pass available). Also nearby is a Border's bookstore, and a 24-hr supermarket. There is only a 2-3 blocks walk to the #6 train station with quick access to Grand Central and/or Penn Station.
This neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial with small stores for neighborhood shopping and services, restaurants, delis, etc.

Transportation is good with buses running uptown on First Avenue, downtown on Second Avenue and crosstown on 34th and 23rd Streets. There is also the 6 train at 28th Street and Park Avenue
