Spacious TWO BEDROOM open loft in Tribeca (lower Manhattan). Perfect for artists, a vacationing family or couple looking to have a real NY experience. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a spacious walk in closet / changing area. Ceiling fan over bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a twin bed but can also accommodate a queen mattress or another twin. A third sleeping area could be made up in the living room w/ either the queen or twin mattresses. 1 bathroom with bathtub and window. Cabinet space for toiletries. Shower has an adjustable massage head. Kitchen and dinning area: Contemporary design open kitchen equipped with glass stove top (electric), small convection oven, microwave oven and various appliances (juicer, blender, rice cooker, food processor etc). Dinning table sits 6, plus extra long table for more. Washer & Dryer in pantry off of Kitchen Loft has wooden floors, a mix of contemporary & antique furniture. Upright piano and guitar for music enthusiasts. woman's and kids bikes. Large air conditioning unit in front window + 3 ceiling fans circulate the air well. Large flat screen TV, cable, VCR & DVD players. Computer w/ Internet access and speakers for music playing Location: Quiet street in trendy neighborhood surrounded by cafe's, restaurants and shopping. Three beautiful parks nearby and just three blocks from the Hudson River Park. Near all major subway lines.
