A studio in the Upper West Side
|
A quaint, narrow Parisian-style studio with high ceilings, wooden floors, and plenty of sun light. Located in the Upper West Side on Broadway between 107th and 108th Streets.
The apartment offers a fully equipped open kitchen. There is a double-size bed in the far corner, next to a desk and a piano. There is a television and a stereo as well. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Towels and fresh linens are provided. The apartment is simple but a perfect place to enjoy the Upper West Side restaurants, culture and parks
Situated by Columbia University, the neighborhood offers a youthful atmosphere with a mix of students, artists, families, and business professionals. The area is filled with a variety of fresh produce markets, health food stores, sidewalk cafés, restaurants, shops, cinemas, yoga centers, health clubs, and a growing number of bars and other nightspots. There are many landmark areas, including Riverside Park, a two-mile long park with three levels, the last level being the Hudson River Promenade. Within a short walking distance is Central Park, The Cathedral of St John, with its famous Hungarian Pastry Shop located across the street, and Lincoln Center.
Transportation is easily accessible with the 1 train to 110th Street. The M60 bus line is in walking distance and takes you to La Guardia Airport in about 45 minutes.
