I recently rented an apartment in NYC and am entirely
happy with the accommodations.
The vacation rental owner, was a pleasure to deal with and an exceedingly nice person to meet. The apartment met my needs perfectly and, quite honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about it; the apartment itself, the location, the neighborhood, everything was just what I wanted.
Thanks to [your agent]. He has helped me on two separate occasions in finding a suitable apartment and has always exceeded my expectations. The
service he has provided has always been professional, prompt and friendly, again a pleasure to deal with.
I have recommended NY Habitat to several people who have inquired about where I stay in NY and, if necessary, I would certainly use New York Habitat's
services again. |

[Our New York Habitat contact] did a very dedicated and thorough job of finding us a place in our desired area in our desired price range. We had made initial inquiries through several short term rental companies and NY Habitat gave us the best service by far.
The apartment where we stayed [in New York] was just perfect for us, and [the owner] was a thoughtful host--giving us tips on transportation, local restaurants and the like. The location was ideal. The accommodations were just what we wanted, and the fact [the New York owner] has such a delight in visual display was an added bonus.
Our experience was such that we have recommended the site to friends and would definitely use your services again when we travel. |
