Very nice three Bedroom Apartment just south of Central Park
|
Location: West 58th Street between Seventh Avenue and Broadway.
Size: Three bedroom-two bathrooms. Approximately 3,000 square feet. It is located on the 9th floor of a full time doorman building, with elevator.
Interior: A spacious and very nice apartment with a charming environment. Overall, the home has an eclectic style and cozy atmosphere. Modern comfort is everywhere. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (bed linens are provided), the second bedroom has a double size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The kitchen is modern and comes equipped. Pots and pans as well as dinnerware for five people are included. The living room has two sofas, and also a/c, like the rest of the apartment. In both bathrooms, towels are provided.
THE OWNER IS ALSO WILLING TO DO BED AND BREAKFAST. IT MEANS THAT SHE WOULD SLEEP IN THE THIRD BEDROOM (WITH THE SINGLE BED) AND CAN RENT THE OTHER BEDROOMS. EACH CAN SLEEP 2 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. THE TENANTS WOULD NOT HAVE TO SHARE THE SAME BATHROOM WITH THE OWNER, POTENTIALLY JUST WITH THE OTHER TENANTS (PROVIDED THAT THE SECOND BEDROOM IS RENTED).
Neighborhood: One block away from Central Park, around the corner from Carnegie Hall and a 10 minute taxi ride to New York's most popular districts, i.e. Time Square, Greenwich Village, SoHo and Tribeca. Also, you will have access to all major subway lines just a few steps away from the apartment. Art, fun, and entertainment is the name of the game in this part of town with countless restaurants, opera and cultural events at the famous Lincoln Center, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and only a 10-minute walk to New York's Broadway Shows.
Others: Public transportation is everywhere. Bus stops at the corner and subway stations for the 4,5,6 trains are a few blocks away and for R, N, E, D, 1, 2, B, A, and C lines around the block.
