This fully furnished railroad style one bedroom apartment is located in the energetic East Village in downtown Manhattan, New York. The apartment measures approximately 500 square feet and is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building with security system. The apartment is fully furnished, quiet and bright. There is wireless internet, but guests must have their own laptops. The living room has a dining table with chairs and a small sofa along with a dresser and a mirror. There is also a telephone for placing local calls and wireless internet. There is a yellow wooden table with lamp, a desk for using your laptop and a great ceiling light that casts colorful patterns of light throughout the room. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a sink. Bed linens and clean towels are provided. It also has mirrors and bookcase. The kitchen is equipped with cooking / eating utensils and has a counter and cabinet space. This fully furnished vacation rental apartment is located in the East Village in downtown Manhattan. The East Village is a youthful and vibrant area of Manhattan. With a rich history of theater and music, there are various Off-Broadway shows, musical performances and cinemas. In addition there are a variety of restaurants and numerous clothing stores and thrift shops. The popular St. Marks' Place is in walking distance. On Saint Marks you will find lots of quirky shops and Yoga to the People offers donation based Yoga sessions. Also, there is Cafe Pepe Rosso and NU Blu, for eating and nightlife. Walking distance to NYU and Washington Square Park. The closest subway station is on East Houston and 1st Avenue where the F train runs and there are 2 bus stops around the corner. The M14 takes you to Union Square where you will find Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, the Strand and the Union Square Farmer's Market.
