Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a townhouse on Lexington Avenue

Location: New York City, Lexington Avenue, between 30th and 31st Street. Size: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with an area of approximately 800 square feet. This two bedroom furnished apartment is on the 3rd floor of a privately owned, walk-up townhouse in Murray Hill. A charming gated brick courtyard greets you at the entrance. The front door is kept locked and entry is with your own key, and visitors can use an intercom system. This furnished apartment includes a private rooftop terrace, which provides views of Manhattan, allowing you to truly appreciate the grandeur of New York City. The entry leads to the dining room, which is located at the back of the building and is about 200 square feet in size. The dining table seats six. The living room features exposed brick and has skylights and air conditioning. A television is provided and cable is available at the request of the tenant. The first bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a large closet and an air conditioner. There is a large bathroom attached to the bedroom with two French doors leading to a private roof top terrace,which has views of the Empire State Building and the eastern Manhattan skyline and neighboring buildings.There is an outdoor table with chairs and plenty of room for other outdoor furniture. The second bedroom is smaller and also offers a queen size bed. There is a smaller closet in this room as well as a sizable dresser. The room has an exposed brick wall and a window facing the street. It is also air-conditioned and has a skylight. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a large vanity mirror. Linens and towels are provided. There is a skylight in the bathroom The full size kitchen with utensils and cookware allows you to cook gourmet meals , and there is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for yoru convenience. The neighborhood of Murray Hill is conveniently located between Midtown and Lower Manhattan. There are several delis and coffee shops nearby, and two grocery stores just one block away. Local restaurants include Indian, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and an American Bar and Grill. Two blocks away you will find a large movie theatre, Barnes and Nobles, and Staples. The #6 subway is two blocks away. The bus line stops right across the street.
