Even though we had booked the apartment on the 7th Floor & were given one on the 4th Floor we were very happy with it. Location was great & easy to find our way around from there & the vacation rental was very clean & large.Would thoroughly recommend New York Habitat & [this owner's] apartments to anyone that is visiting New York.
Would say that Habitat were one of the best companies I have ever dealt with while travelling. Prompt with any replies & very professional & it has been a pleasure dealing with you all.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment we rented through New York Habitat and will definitely use your service for future trips to New York. The only issue I had with the vacation rental itself was that it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My group plans to return next November (if not sooner!) and we would love a similarly sized apartment in the 50s. Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience, top to bottom. I have already recommended you all to several friends and will continue to do so! |

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment [in NYC]. The vacation rental was clean, spacious and had great facilities.
The décor was a bit worn and the odd light didn't work, but the apt itself more than made up for this.
We had a faulty tap which caused a very small flood one night but this was fixed that same day.
Staff were friendly and well organised.
We would all stay here again.

that our whole group was extremely happy. I found the service provided by [your agent] very helpful even though our group kept changing their mind this never seemed a problem. The room we decided on was exactly what we were after. The location was great. NY Habitat will be the first place we look at for accommodation for our next trip to New York.

Our stay at [our New York accommodation] was perfect- location, river view, and very accommodating. Though the soft furniture in the living room was a bit tatty, the spotlessly clean kitchen and appliances as well as the bathrooms more than made up for it. We all apperciated the luxury of housekeeping as it is not always available for vacation apartments in NYC. [Our agent] at New York Habitat was very patient and helpful and I'm hoping he will be successful in finding accommodations for our next trip in August - business this time, no fun! Thank you your good service. |
