Studio in Chelsea
The apartment is in a brownstone building, which is located on a tree lined Street in Chelsea.

This studio apartment is on the third floor facing north with two very large windows. The apartment has linen drapes and the windows overlooks lovely gardens and trees. The apartment, is tastefully decorated with vintage posters and is both airy and bright and sleeps 2 people. There is a small but well equipped kitchen which contains almost everything, a microwave, toaster oven, blender, griller, etc. The main room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a large tile and glass dining table, an overstuffed shabby chic sofa, a desk and several chairs. Also, contained in the apartment is a color television, stereo w/CD player, a VCR, ceiling fan, and a brand new air conditioning unit. On the other side on the apartment you will find the tiled bathroom with a tub and shower.

Chelsea is a great place with lots of art galleries, restaurants and at the Chelsea Piers you will find a variety of sports activities and entertainment. Eighth Avenue has an abundance of shops, restaurants, and food stores. Chelsea has a convenient subway and bus service, all within one or two blocks of the apartment. Just to the south is Greenwich Village, to the north the Theater District and Times Square, east Gramercy Park, and to the west the beautiful Hudson River waterfront area which has been recently renovated and includes several parks, bike and roller blade paths, walkways, and esplanades.
