Size: This is a large studio with 1 bathroom and an area of approximately 450 square feet. The apartment sleeps 2 people.
Building: In the heart of the Theater District, this apartment is located on the 17th floor of a 45-story, high-rise building. There are 6 elevators and a lobby. The building dates from the mid-70s and is located on a tree-lined street with benches and small cafes. Guests must sign in at the security desk when entering. There is a coin-operated laundry on the same floor as the apartment.
Interior: This apartment is well lighted, spacious and comfortably furnished. It has its own heat/air conditioning unit which you control. It is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. The apartment has a view of the Hudson River from a large balcony. Modern art fills the walls. All-cotton bed linens and towels are provided. For entertainment there is cable television, a stereo and large CD collection. Closet and drawer space is available. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has all appliances and cookware. There is a bathtub and shower.
Neighborhood: The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the Theater District. Broadway theaters are only a short walk away. Subway, buses, and Port Authority are only a couple of blocks away. There is a supermarket in the building. There are many shops, restaurants, food stores, etc. nearby. The best feature of this apartment is the convenience of getting anywhere in New York with minimal effort.
