Studio to rent in the East Village
|
This studio apartment is located on tree-lined East 3rd Street in the East Village. It is situated on the second floor of a low-rise walk-up building with a security system.
When you enter the apartment you enter into the kitchen area, which is equipped with a stove and sink, a freezer and some cooking utensils. There is also a dining table with two chairs. The living room is facing south; there is a couch and a lot of artistic pictures decorating the wall. There is also a desk with a computer and a telephone for local phone calls. There are a lot of books on a bookshelf and a closet to hang clothes. There is a queen sized bed.
There is a community garden next to the apartment which the tenant would have access to.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and a WC. There is also a mirror above the basin. Towels will be provided.
You can find a many restaurants in the East Village along with antique shops, boutiques, delis and laundromats as well as off off Broadway theaters and clubs. Public transportation is easily accessible and of course there is also the Thompkins Square Park for you to enjoy.
