Three bedroom loft in Tribeca

Location: TRIBECA - Leonard Street between Broadway and Church Size: A 3000 square foot living space, centered around the 2500 square foot living room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, spa + steam bath has been built into this living space. The loft may be reached by either elevator or stairs. Building: Located in Tribeca Historic District East in a national historic landmark cast iron building on the third floor with elevator that opens directly into the loft - sunny south exposure and north light on either end - intercom. Interior: The ceilings are very high and there are original wood floors - a true live/work loft with gorgeous architectural settings and lots of tranquility and space - the studio has a piano, plants, sofa set, fire place, art work, beautiful lighting. There are 3 bedrooms built into lofts. The first has the entrance just right of the kitchen; this bedroom comes with two beds and lots of closet space. Close to the entrance you have a second bedroom reached by ladder. This bedroom has a Double size bed and view to the loft. The third bedroom is reached by ladder as well. This has working area, a Queen bed and again view to the loft space through Japanese slide doors. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For tall people, please note that the bedrooms have approximately 6' ceilings. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment to all residents of the building, parties are not allowed. Neighborhood: Tribeca is renowned for its spectacular architecture, world famous restaurants and arts community. The knitting Factory that features the best of jazz and experimental music is located on Leonard Street. In addition to the fabulous new stores for interior design and fashion, Tribeca boasts art galleries, bars, and nightclubs. Nearby is Soho, the international center of art and fashion. Close to the World Financial Center with the most beautiful riverside parks and promenades in the city. Three blocks in the other direction and you are in New York's vibrant Chinatown. Other: Bus routes stop on the corner and it is only a few blocks walk to all the central subway lines Subway lines 1, 2, 3, A, C, E.
