Vibrant studio in the heart of Greenwich Village
|
This is a low-rise, walk-up building on Christopher Street between Seventh Avenue and Bleeker Street. For the protection of the tenants, there is a buzzer/intercom at the front door. The vibrant studio is located on the fourth floor of this prewar building. Although the studio is located in a lively neighborhood it is a very quiet and peaceful apartment, as the bedroom faces the backyard and not the street.
This unique studio's walls are colorfully painted by an artist adding to it's charming ambiance. Several paintings hang in the apartment and there is a decorative fireplace in the living room.
Upon entering the apartment the eat in kitchen is to the left and includes dining table with 3 chairs; stove, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools to create a home cooked meal, but there's a large takeout menu collection as well.
Living Room has a double-size sofabed facing the TV (with DVD), stereo, alarm clock and bookshelves stocked with reading materials.
The bedroom located to the right of the living room is separated with a curtain and it is furnished with a queen size sofabed. There are two windows in this room facing north. In front of the windows is a desk with a chair. There is also a wall to wall closets in the bedroom area for personal belongings.
The renovated bathroom includes a shower booth, toilet, a full size mirror and shelves to hold beauty products. Sheets and towels are provided as is a phone for local calls. Numerous wireless internet networks are in range and available for guests who bring their laptops.
Pets are welcome. Please NO smokers.
Located in Greenwich Village, the studio is just steps away from exquisite shopping boutiques, great restaurants, nightlife, off-Broadway theaters, and celebrity hang out spots. Greenwich Village is one of the most interesting neighborhoods in New York City. Its diverse population includes families, couples and singles from all walks of life - writers, artists, musicians, teachers, and professionals.
