Lovely, Bright One Bedroom with balcony in the heart of Chelsea

Location : One bedroom apartment in Chelsea West 17th street, between 7th and 8th avenues. Approximately 600 sq/feet - Sleeps 2 comfortably.
Building : This lovely, bright one bedroom apartment is located on the 18th floor of a full-time doorman building in the heart of Manhattan's trendy Chelsea district. The building has an elevator.
The apartment has contemporary colorful furniture that gives a warm and homey feeling to it. The air-conditioned living room is approximately 300 square feet in area and has two large, rectangular windows and a balcony. There is lots of light entering the apartment due to the Southern exposure. The apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV/VCR and a stereo.
The open kitchen, is fully furnished with all the equipment necessary for the preparation of food: a four burner gas cooker, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. The many white-fronted cupboards provide storage space for the kitchenware. The bedroom is also air-conditioned, has a window and contains a double-size futon bed. To the right of the bedroom is the bathroom, with shower and tub. Bed linens and towels are provided.
And, last but not least, is the balcony that will allow you to enjoy the great Manhattan skyline. The views are of downtown Manhattan and include a small sliver of the Hudson River.
The Chelsea neighborhood is one of the trendiest in the city. However it remains comfortable and is not inundated with noise nor large crowds. The area offers great clubs, bars, coffeehouses and off-Broadway theaters. There are also plenty of quality diners and restaurants serving food from all over the Americas.
