Gorgeous one bedroom in Little Italy.

Location: New York City / Nolita / Little Italy area. On Prince street between Elizabeth and Bowery street.

Size: Very cozy one bedroom with one bath. 644 square feet.

Building: Located in the artistic Little Italy area between Soho and the West and East Villages this incredible New York city apartment is on the third floor of a six story prewar elevator building. The building is charming, dating back to the late 19th century. Entry and exit is with your own key and visitors may enter through an intercom buzzer system.

Interior: The ceilings are high, and give a spacious feeling to the whole apartment. It is definitely doing New York City in the proper way; comfort and elegance.

This apartment has all the necessary conveniences cotton linens and towels, down pillows, ample storage and closet space. The kitchen and bathroom have both been tastefully redone. The apartment is equipped with color TV, VCR, Stereo, pots and pans and dinner service for eight.

The loft can accommodate up to three people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living area has a single size air mattress that can be put away during daytime.

Neighborhood: The Noho, Soho, and West and East Villages are teaming with wonderful restaurants and food shopping. You will be right in the middle of all these areas. The best retail and antique shops are all within a five-minute walk. Parks, entertainment, window shopping it is all located conveniently right outside your door.

Others: Public transportation is one block away. The 4, 5, and 6 trains travel north and south along the East Side, the E, D, F, N, R trains travel along the West Side. All of these trains are located three blocks from your door. Busses stop every other block and taxis can be hailed anywhere and at any time of the day or night.

Emergency: Police and fire service should you need them are both 011. Saint Vincent Hospital is the closest emergency room and it has an excellent reputation.
