Beautiful Large Loft apartment
|
Fabulous two bedroom / one bathroom loft apartment about 3500 square available for short term rental on Houston Street between Elizabeth Street and Bowery Street. This loft - apartment is very spacious and bright, on the border of Soho and Noho. It is in the heart of a busy, well traveled neighborhood. Very good area that is centrally located and convenient to area boutiques, Little Italy and Washington Square Park.
When you enter you can see a large room including the dining area, the living room and a study area. This room has two windows facing north, white walls, columns and pieces of art. The living room is furnished with a rectangular coffee table and three-cushion sofa. It also has AC. The dining area has AC, small circular side-table, a large rectangular table with six chairs, an antique armoire and a large painting. The study area is equipped with two desks, two chairs, large floor lamp, one small lamp and ceiling track-lighting for contemporary art hanging on every wall.
There is an intercom & buzzer to talk to visitors at front door downstairs. In studio area there is a computer that is not available to guests. However laptop owners have WiFi access via Linksys (I.D and password available). It is a cable connection and very fast.
From the living room an archway leads to another large room, which is a photo studio. with ceiling track-lighting for contemporary art hanging on every wall.
The air-conditioned bedroom 1 is about 13x23 square feet. It has three windows, gray wall-to-wall carpet and white walls. It is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest with drawers, a wooden table, a mirror, large paintings and bookshelves. The bedroom has floor to ceiling closets and a new a/c. There is also a TV with cable, VCR & DVD players.
The second bedroom in the pictures has a king-size bed and two mirrors, gray wall-to-wall carpet with throw rugs and white walls. There is a large wall with circular window facing north, viewing - thru photo studio - the New York cityscape. There is TV with cable , CD-DVD sound equipment, bookshelves, chairs, 2 chests with drawers and floor to ceiling closets.
The separate kitchen has two windows. It has a two-sided sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a wooden table with four stools located in the middle of the room, a small armoire - jelly chest, a cutting area and many storage cabinets. It's suitable for ambitious cooks.
The large bathroom has a window, wood walls, white tiled walls and yellow painted walls. It is equipped with a sink, a shower with antique bathtub, a separate extra white-tiled shower, a toilet, a storage cabinet and a washer / dryer.
Soho is the designer New York, in every sense. Walk around its cobbled streets, among the elegant cast-iron architecture, the boutiques, art galleries and bistros, and you'll find yourself sharing the sidewalks with the beautiful people of young New Yorkers. The chic bars and eateries are full of these trendsetters. Many artists inhabit Soho (south of Houston). Here you will find plenty of small businesses as graphic studios, magazines and record labels as well as large chain stores such as Bloomingdale's, Starbucks, Staples etc .
