Nice Two bedroom Apartment to rent in Tribeca

This fabulous two bedroom loft apartment is located Fulton Street between Nassau and Williams Street. It is situated on the 5th floor of a loft building with elevator. The apartment measures approximately 2000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to four guests. Enter the apartment you arrive in a bright, spacious and charming space. There are 15 windows and the apartment faces west. There is a sofa accompanied by armchairs. For entertainment you will find the TV with cable and VCR. The dining table with six chairs is adjacent to the open kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster, fridge and lots of cooking utensils.

The first bedroom , very charming is furnished with a queen sized bed. There are about four windows and the TV with VCR will provide entertainment. Sheets are provided. The second bedroom features a full sized futon. The bathroom is conventional, with a tub, shower, sink and a WC.The entire apartment is air-conditioned and the phone is available for local calls.

No partying allowed in the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Tribeca is a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants, and it is also charming and quiet even during the weekends. There are several pretty parks: City Hall park, Washington Market Park and the Riverside Park (the loveliest) along the Hudson where you can walk or bike along a riverside path from the Battery park up to 57th street. The neighborhood has wonderful cafes and first rate restaurants. There are also pleasant bistros and bars to visit. We are in walking distance from shoo and the Village, Chinatown and Little Italy.

TRANSPORTATION: Down here the Island is very narrow which means that East and West sides meet. Thus every subway in the city is one or two blocks away. The N and the R stop in front of the house, across the park are the 4, 5, 6 and one block West you have the West side subways: including the 1 and the 9. Busses also stop in front of the house.
