Nice Two bedroom Apartment to rent in Tribeca
This fabulous two bedroom loft apartment is located Fulton Street between Nassau and Williams Street. It is situated on the 5th floor of a loft building with elevator. The apartment measures approximately 2000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to four guests. Enter the apartment you arrive in a bright, spacious and charming space. There are 15 windows and the apartment faces west. There is a sofa in the living room. For entertainment you will find the TV with cable. The dining table with six chairs is adjacent to the open kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster, fridge and lots of cooking utensils.

The first bedroom , very charming is furnished with a queen sized bed. There are about four windows. Sheets are provided. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed.

The bathroom is conventional, with a tub, shower, sink and a WC.

Please note that the heating system is radiator steam replete with occasional loud clanging when in use during the cold season.

No partying allowed in the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The Financial District is in walking distance of the famous Wall Street, Trinity Church and St Paul's Church. South Street Seaport sight seeing, Soho and Chinatown are at walking distance. Also closed distance to UA Battery Park cinema complex. As construction projects are common in the Financial District, please be aware that this area can be noisy at times.

TRANSPORTATION: Down here the Island is very narrow which means that East and West sides meet. Thus every subway in the city is one or two blocks away. The N and the R stop in front of the house, across the park are the 4, 5, 6 and one block West you have the West side subways: including the 1 and the 9. Busses also stop in front of the house.

 It was a great apartment and location [in the Financial District], and really made our trip more comfortable and homey.

We had no problems at all if we needed to ask for anything. The only thing I would say is that due to weather conditions being very cold, the vacation rental was chilly at times.
