A One-Bedroom apartment in Midtown West
|
LOCATION: New York City Times Square Theatre District
SIZE: One bedroom one bathroom with an eat in kitchen sleeps 4; there is a futon in the living room. The owner lives in this apartment and rents it out when she is on vacation.
BUILDING: 3rd floor walk-up front door is kept locked and entry is with your own key, for visitors through an intercom system.
INTERROR: The living room has television with cable, a stereo, and lots of CD and Video choices. It is also air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove, plenty of dishware, pots and pans. The bedroom has a full size bed, television and an air conditioner. Bed linens are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Towels are provided. There is very limited closet and storage space available.
NEIGHBORHOOD: A few steps away are the piers of The Hudson River. The Intrepid Museums, and yacht cruise are located 3 blocks away. A few blocks in other direction is Times Square and the Broadway theatre district, a mere 5 minute walk.
OTHERS: Public transportation is everywhere. Bus stops are on the corner subways subways are 2 blocks away and taxis can be hailed all day and night.
