This is the 2nd time I have stayed in [this Chelsea] apartment and I would rent it again. It is perfect for a 9 day stay in the City while I am working at the Javits Center as I can walk there easily. The vacation rental is homey, secure, quiet and has everything I need. |

I was very satisfied with the apartment I rented [in Chelsea]. It was a quiet location, it had everything I needed, was comfortable and spacious and the wireless Internet was essential. I like this area of Chelsea as I was working at the Javits Center and it is 20 minutes walk from the vacation rental. An added plus was the elevator! The owner was charming and very
helpful. I will definitely stay here again. This is the second time I have rented through New York Habitat and find you very efficient. I will use you next time! |

I am very satisfied both with your service and with the actual [New York] apartment. I loved the neighborhood, the vacation rental was "homey" and large enough for two. Our "landlady" was very courteous and forthcoming to us and all the practical details worked fine. I can not imagine a nicer way to stay a week in New York than this, and will definitely recommend it to my Swedish friends. |

We spent very happy days in this wonderful [New York] apartment - it's even better than in the online description. There is sun all during the day (because it's 6th floor and big windows south), it is absolutely quiet although it's in a busy (and charming!) neighborhood. We could use the fireplace which worked very well and was lovely. The brick wall is comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is completely equipped, all you need is there. The bathroom is comfortable, everything worked well.
The owner [...] was very friendly and took a lot of time to explain everything to us.
The tree lined street is really beautiful.
So, we can recommend this great vacation rental without any reservation.
