Cozy one bedroom apartment in Chelsea
|
One bedroom apartment on a tree-lined Street in the best part of New York's Chelsea neighborhood, between 8th and 9th Avenues. The apartment is a five minute walk to the Meatpacking District which has some of the best shopping and clubs in Manhattan.
The apartment is 500 square feet and is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. It faces a quiet backyard with a lovely tree and gets lots of sun throughout the day.
The apartment is furnished and has a bathroom with bath and shower, one bedroom with a full size bed, a separate kitchen, a living/dining room and a brick wall with fireplace. The apartment features high speed internet access by cable modem (computer not provided). There is cable television, a dvd player, a stereo, a phone for local calls, air conditioning units and a laundry room in the basement. There is a buzzer security system and the front door is kept closed and entry is with your own key or for guests through an intercom. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. Sheets and Towels are provided. There is a wireless internet connectivity.

ACCESS TO THE BUILDING ROOF IS NOT PERMITTED!
The location is near two major subway lines (1/9 and A/C/E) and bus lines and is within a ten minute walk to shopping in the Flatiron District, Greenwich Village and Herald Square with Macy¹s and Madison Square Garden. Within blocks are modern art galleries, movie theaters, clubs, restaurants and many major grocery stores. This is a historic neighborhood with enough things to do to keep you busy for a lifetime.
